Publicis Media agrees move to Television Centre

Publicis Media has agreed to move to the site of the former BBC Television Centre in White City.

The media firm is to move all six of its media agency brands and supporting practices into 212,000 sq ft spread across seven floors in the new office building at 2 Television Centre, W12.

Each media brand – Starcom, Zenith, Digitas, Spark Foundry, Blue 449 and Performics – will have its own floor.

The company, which will be relocating more than 2,000 staff, joins retailer The White Company at the 270,000 sq ft building.

Average rents in the area are £60 per sq ft.

Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCO started the redevelopment of the BBC’s former home in 2015, creating 432 flats at the site and new office space.

There are still three working TV studios at the site that are used by ITV.

CBRE acted for Publicis Media and Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield for Stanhope.
