Pubmaster is to purchase Midlands-based pub operator Mercury Taverns for £35m. The purchase will be funded from the sale of Pubmaster’s managed pubs and games machines businesses.
The deal will add a further 141 pubs to Pubmaster’s existing portfolio of 1,600.
