The number of instructions to sell received by Purplebricks has risen 121% on the year, to 3,156, the company said in a trading update.
The online estate agent said it had 300 local property agents and was on course for 360 by next year.
Purplebricks launched in the UK in April 2014 and has followed that up with a launch in Australia last month.
