Auction House Scotland is marketing the opportunity to buy the Loch Lomond Cattery in Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire.
The cattery, which is licensed for 45 cats, will be auctioned on ?9 October with a guide price of £185,000-£195,000. A detached bungalow with three bedrooms is also included in the sale.
The cattery has been run by the current landlord since 2003 but is now on the market because the owner is retiring.
The lot is one of 30 that will go under the hammer at 200 St Vincent Street in Glasgow.
