PwC has appointed Angus Johnston as PwC’s UK leader of real estate.
He replaces Sandra Dowling who had been in the role since 2016.
Johnston has been a partner at PwC for more than three decades and has worked extensively with PwC’s real estate fund and sovereign wealth fund clients.
He is also an investment management specialist focusing on product design for retail and institutional investors. He has led assignments on tax risk management and has experience in global compliance outsourcing.
Johnston said: “There are significant opportunities and choices for the real estate industry, as well as testing and complex issues, not least the ongoing developments in technology.
“I believe we can play an important and valuable role in helping our clients navigate this ever-changing environment especially as they adapt and grow to face the future.”
