A Dorset-based developer has bought PwC’s 25,000 sq ft Southampton head office.
Forelle Estates has paid circa £2.5m to receivers at KPMG for Savannah House , which is in the heart of Ocean Village .
The 22-year old building is let to PwC until 23 June 2015, meaning there is scope for a lease re-gear, or a redevelopment.
CBRE acted for the vendor; the buyer was not represented.
