Shaftesbury has secured Doha-based Adara Group’s dining chain, Apple Butter, as a tenant for its Covent Garden launch.
Apple Butter has signed for a 1,882 sq ft site at an annual rent of £175,000, with a six-figure premium and a lease running until 2028. It was previously occupied by Balans Soho Society.
The site, on Monmouth Street, Seven Dials, WC2, will be the first of five sites in the UK. It will open before Christmas.
The concept will offer desserts, speciality coffee, gourmet salads and sandwiches, in an art deco-inspired fit-out.
