Katara Hospitality Co., which is owned by the Qatari government, has bought the 50% stake in London’s Savoy Hotel previously held by Lloyds Banking Group.
Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal’s Kingdom Holding Co. owns the remaining stake in the hotel.
No price was given for the transaction.
