The Qatar Investment Authority is to reduce its stake in French builder Vinci to 3.9%, selling an around 1.1% stake in the company through a private placement.
Société Générale will carry out the placement.
The stake sale is valued at €380m, based on the builder’s closing share price on Monday.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
