IT company QlikTech has signed for 21,000 sq ft at SEGRO’s IQ Winnersh park, Berkshire.
The business previously occupied a small space at the park, but has now agreed a 10-year lease on the ground floor of building 1020.
Grant Thornton and IT business Savvis will be among QlikTech’s neighbours on the park.
The tenant was not represented; Cushman & Wakefield advised SEGRO.
