Quadrum signs gym operator at Victoria office

Gym operator Marchon has secured space at Quadrum Real Estate’s 11 Belgrave Road, SW1, in London Victoria, to expand its presence in the capital. The company has taken the 4,600 sq ft gym space on a long lease in the 150,000 sq ft building. Fit-out works start in February, with completion due in the spring. Marchon operates multiple gyms in London and Hertfordshire, including Harpenden, Stratford and White City House. Quadrum acquired the building in 2019 for £72m. Ollie Marchon, founder and chief operating officer of Marchon, said: “London Victoria has become a thriving area for business and leisure alike. “An ideal location to expand our growing portfolio, we chose 11 Belgrave because it prioritises occupier experience and wellbeing throughout, which is a perfect fit for our brand.” Matta.London acted on the deal.
