Rented homes specialist Quality Street has agreed a tie-up with Glasgow Solicitors’ Property Centre estate agency in the first initiative of its type in Scotland.
GSPC’s Mark Horden said the deal means “each company promoting the specialist skills and services of the other, thereby meeting all the needs of a range of clients.”
Under the link-up Quality Street will invite clients wishing to sell homes to contact the GSPC. Its clients will, in turn, be introduced to Quality Street if they are considering renting or letting.
Paul Mugnaioni, Quality Street chairman, said: “GSPC clients relocating have complete flexibility in their choice of selling or renting, enabling them to select the option which best meets their short-or long-term plans.”
Quality Street manages assets of over £250m and owns or manages 6,000 properties in the UK. Last year more than 3,700 homes worth over £200m were sold through GSPC, which represents almost 200 member firms of solicitors.
