Quantum Storage has taken 6,500 sq ft at 3 Arlington Square, Bracknell.
The firm has has signed for £18.50 per sq ft at the Goodman site. It joins Broadcom, Progress Software and Avnet as new tenants so far this year.
Christopher Barrs, associate director in the office agency team at Jones Lang LaSalle, said; “Occupiers are starting to realise that Bracknell has more to offer than just older buildings with bargain basement rents, and that there are a number of high-specification buildings offering excellent value when compared with the rest of the Thames Valley.”
JLL and Strutt & Parker acted jointly for Goodman. Quantum was represented by Baker Davidson Thomas.
