French Canadian group Québex is to invest €15.2m (FFr98m) in Découverte, a leisure park scheduled to open in Carmaux in the French region of Tarn in 2002.
Québex will build a 60-room three-star hotel, a 40-room two-star hotel and 150 Quebec-style chalets, commercial premises, a restaurant and travel agency.
The group is aiming to attract some of the 40,000 Canadians who visit Toulouse every year.
