Question Time London: all the videos

The London market would have stalled without international property investors but this has impacted on the liquidity of stock, according to panelists at the latest Question Time debate.
EG was in London for the event on April 27 with the audience questioning a six-strong panel, including Chris Grigg, chief executive of British Land, Dan Labbad, chief executive of Lend Lease, David Marks, joint managing director of Brockton Capital and James Goodman, director of Central London and International, Savills.
The panel unanimously agreed that a London mayor is crucial to ensuring the capital remains an international centre of business. It also debated the impact of the private rented sector, the National Planning Policy Framework and transport infrastructure.
