Kier Group has secured a “buy” recommendation from Questor, in The Daily Telegraph, following the company’s purchase of Beco for £2.4m.
The column notes that Kier is sitting on a substantial cash pile and that it is looking for suitable acquisitions. Its net cash position at the end of last year was £175.2m.The shares closed down 7p at £12.52.
