Quick sale hopes for PizzaExpress

Hopes have increased of a quick sale of Pizza Express.
The restaurant chain is considering three approaches, negotiations for which are well advanced. The approaches include a management buy-out team led by chief executive David Page and advised by PAI.
The company is opening another outlet in the City of London, it is expanding its Café Pasta chain which is being renamed Marzano and it is testing take-away Pizza Express units at train stations.
