Mark Quigley has been appointed managing director of Contour Capital, a specialist property finance lender.
Quigley spent more than three decades at Barclays in a number of real estate finance positions before joining Contour.
He had been a part of the bank’s specialist property finance team since 1997, managing its residential, commercial and student accommodation portfolios across the UK.
After leaving Barclays in 2015, he became a director at residential property lender Titlestone.
Andrew Johnson, chairman of Contour Capital, said: “Mark is a hugely respected figure in the property lending world whose experience and forensic understanding of the relationship between finance and development makes him the ideal person to lead Contour Capital into its next phase of growth.”
