Developer Quintain has named the former US finance boss of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as its new chief financial officer.
In his new role at Quintain, Philip Slavin will oversee finance functions across the developer’s build-to-rent, retail, development and estate management businesses. He replaces Michael Jenkins, who has taken a new role as executive director for finance and operations.
Slavin joins Quintain after more than a decade at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he held roles including head of strategic planning for the UK, finance director for UK and Ireland and, since 2015, US CFO.
Earlier in his career he worked for Deloitte in London and New York, specialising in real estate, hospitality and marketing.
