Quintain has topped out its first office building at Wembley Park in west London.
The office block is already 50% let to London housing association Network Homes. Its eight floors total 115,000 sq ft and there will be 10,000 sq ft of retail space at ground level.
The building forms part of Quintain’s 85-acre development in north west London.
The site was purchased in 2002 with outline planning consent for 8.8m sq ft of mixed-use development.
The image (above) also includes the latest set of build-to-rent homes being brought forward as part of Quintain’s commitment to deliver 7,500 new homes at Wembley Park.
The office building is set to complete summer 2019, with the residential building completing in February 2020.
