Shopping channel QVC has taken full occupation of the 140,000 sq ft Marco Polo House in Queenstown Road, London SW8.
QVC, which already occupied 100,000 sq ft, has taken two more floors, totalling 40,000 sq ft, from media giant ITV.
ITV has been reorganising its property since the £3bn merger of Granada and Carlton Television.
The £500,000 pa lease on the two floors expires in December 2013.
Marco Polo House shares its name with the satellite used by its first tenant, British Satellite Broadcasting Television.
LSM Partners advised QVC; Donaldsons acted for ITV.
