In securing the extended space, which is to include a 9,500sq ft, two-storey office development, Warner has agreed with tenant Antalis to extend the current lease term by 5 years, to expire in November 2023.
Property director Michael Stevens said: “These plans are very much in line with Radial’s stated objectives of maximising opportunities to enhance returns through active asset management.
“We are delighted to have been able to unlock this space to suit Antalis’ needs.”
Radial was established in 2003 and owns ten sites with over 2.3m sq ft under management.
