Yarlington has become part of Radian Group, creating a 38,000-home housing association in the south of England.
Radian chief executive Gary Orr will lead the new organisation as group chief executive.
It has a vision to deliver 10,000 new homes over the next 10 years through new strategic partnerships.
The duo announced plans to merge in April to create improved customer experiences, using digital tools focused on local services and employment support.
Orr said: “Combining our skills and resources means we can further increase our programme of new homes delivery, but at the heart of all this our commitment to our customers and our social purpose remains unchanged.
“We will continue to provide homes to those who are in need of affordable housing, whilst offering the opportunity of home ownership to those who would otherwise be unable to afford it.
“At the same time, we will continue to support the communities in which we work by facilitating access to employment opportunities and training, whilst improving our digital services.”
The combined organisation supports 79,000 residents across 36 local authorities in the South and the South West.
