McArthurGlen has appointed Vittorio Radice a non-executive director.
McArthurGlen operates designer outlet villages in Europe and the UK.
He is former head of Marks & Spencer’s home and fashion divisions and was responsible for the chain’s launch of Lifestore, which ended in failure.
