Radio station owner Ashley Tabor could create a penthouse worth more than £200m if he goes ahead with plans to combine two properties he owns in London.
Tabor paid just over £15m for one of the properties in Knightsbridge Apartments when he bought it in 2006. He recently paid £90m for the neighbouring apartment.
Combining the two could cost an estimated £30m and create a property valued at more than £200m, according to one developer.
