The Radisson Farnham Golf and Spa Resort in County Cavan, Ireland, is being offered for sale with a guide price of €26m (£20m).
The four-star hotel has 158 bedrooms and suites overlooking the 16th century 1,250-acre estate, with an 18 hole Jeff Howes-designed championship golf course, 7km of walking and cycling trails and freshwater fishing lakes.
It also has a 40,000 sq ft Heinz Schletterer-designed luxury spa with 19 treatment rooms, a sauna and a laconium.
Savills is dealing with the sale on behalf of the receiver Aiden Murphy of Crowe Howarth.
Tom Barrett, head of hotels and leisure at Savills, said: “Farnham Estate is one of the largest and most profitable hotel resorts in Ireland. Combined with immense heritage, it will appeal to both domestic and international buyers”. He also said the site may have potential future development opportunity.
