The major hotelier behind the Radisson brand is set to splash €160m (£143m) on overhauling its hotel estate as part of a five year plan announced by the company.
Carlson Rezidor, the eleventh largest hotel company in the world, has this week renamed itself as Radisson Hotel Group and launched a new premium brand called Radisson Collection.
The corporate name change means its subsidiary Rezidor Hotel Group, which is publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in Sweden, will become Radisson Hospitality AB in April, subject the the approval of shareholders.
