Praxis has secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the 250-acre former RAF Sealand site in Deeside, north Wales.
The outline consent comprises 90,000 sq ft for shops and 725 flats. There is also potential for 2.5m sq ft of sheds.
Praxis bought the site in 2010 from Defence Estates and has been working with the Welsh government to develop plans for the site. Construction will begin in the summer.
Cushman & Wakefield and Burbage Realty are joint agents on the scheme.
