A total of 174 flats across three Islington, N1 sites have gone on the market for £45m.
Frasers is seeking offers in excess of £35m, reflecting a 5% yield, for its Islington on the Green block, N1.
The building comprises 70 flats, generating £1.8m in rent annually.
Residential developer Londonewcastle is also selling assets in N1 for a total of £10m, including 1-3 Wenlock Road, which has planning permission for 74 homes.
The nearby brewery site, which has planning permission for 30 homes and 20,559 sq ft for offices or retail, is also for sale.
