Investment manager Railpen has hired of Maria Averkina as asset and development manager.
Averkina will manage and devise bespoke development strategies across Railpen’s diverse portfolio, which includes more than £37bn AUM across several pension schemes.
She joins from British Land, where she worked as an analyst before moving into the development team.
