Railtrack has selected Morrison Developments and Mulberry Properties as joint developers of a £14m leisure scheme in Gloucester.
The 7.69ha (19 acre) site of the proposed development is on Metz Way, on the edge of the city centre. Proposals include a 12-sceen multiplex, family entertainment centre, restaurants and a pub.
Planning consent is expected by June 1997.
