Railtrack has been granted a renewal of its outline planning consent for 4,208sq m (45,300sq ft) of offices on the site of the former Station Hotel, Cathays, Cardiff, in the Cardiff Development Corporation’s area.
The development has been designed as a building on ground and five upper floors with basement parking for 15 cars. A Railtrack spokeswoman said there was no intention to develop the site at present.
