Fashion brand Ralph & Russo is to relocate its atelier space and head office to 30,000 sq ft at Stanhope Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo’s White City Place, W12, in May.
Around 400 staff will relocate into the MediaWorks building at White City Place, where Ralph & Russo will occupy space almost twice the size of its current atelier space in Mayfair as part of the company’s growth plans.
It will join online luxury retailer Yoox Net-a-porter in the 231,000 sq ft building.
Average rents in the area are £60 per sq ft.
David Camp, chief executive at Stanhope said: “Ralph & Russo is one of the most prestigious fashion houses and luxury brands in the world today. With one of the largest ateliers in Europe and expansion already under way, we believe White City Place is the perfect location for the company to grow.”
Eiichiro Onozawa, managing director at Mitsui Fudosan, added: “The relocation of Ralph & Russo to White City Place is an example of the development of the White City area, and highlights the appeal of White City Place to businesses.”
