Random House books Grantham space

Random House Group has leased a 334,000 sq ft warehouse in Grantham, Lincolnshire, from a fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management and Kilmartin Property Group.   The publisher has signed a 15-year lease with no break clauses for the Grantham 334 facility, at £2.95 per sq ft.   The letting agents were Fischer Hargreaves Proctor, M3 and King Sturge.
