Furniture retailer The Range has gone under offer to acquire a site in Chippenham, Wiltshire, to house a 650,000 sq ft southern distribution centre.
Savills is advising The Range as it seeks a two- or three-year stopgap lease at a smaller site while the First Industrial-owned shed is being built.
The Range occupiers 750,000 sq ft at Nimbus Park in Doncaster, Yorkshire.
