Rockspring and BlackRock have let 40,000 sq ft to the Rank Group at TOR in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
Rockspring Property Investment Managers on behalf of a separate account client, and the BlackRock UK Property Fund agreed a 10-year lease with the tenant for its new UK support office.
Rank, which operates the Grosvenor Casino and Mecca Bingo, is taking the first and second floors of the 68,000 sq ft asset at £33 per sq ft.
The remaining space at the asset is available in suites ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 27,500 sq ft with floorplates of up to 20,000 sq ft.
Michael Pryer, partner at Rockspring, said: “This letting reinforces our belief in Maidenhead as a key Thames Valley centre, given the transport connections, amenities and the standard of living it offers, all of which should further improve with the arrival of Cross Rail in 2019.”
