Real estate consultancy Rapleys has acquired London-based surveying firm Aston Rose in what its team said is its largest deal yet.
The deal follows Rapleys’ acquisition of planning practice CSJ in September and a divisional restructuring.
Aston Rose will continue to operate under its own brand but will move into Rapleys’ St James St office in January. The business will report to Rapleys managing partner Justin Tuckwell and senior partner Robert Clarke.
John Williams, director at Aston Rose, said: “By joining the Rapleys business, we benefit from their strategic growth plan and committed investment into people and infrastructure while our clients can access wider services from Rapleys’ broader value proposition, their wide range of industries, and regional presence across the UK.”
Justin Tuckwell, managing partner at Rapleys, said the deal was “in line with our strategic growth plan to offer our clients best-in-class advice, and our commitment to invest in people, infrastructure and rewards”.
Financial details of the deal were undisclosed. Rapleys was advised by Hill Dickinson and Mazars.
