Rapleys hires head of new Cambridge consultancy team

Rapleys has hired a partner and head of a new building consultancy team in Cambridge. Darren Holdstock has joined from independent commercial building surveying and project consultancy firm BlueBrick Building Consultancy. He has also held roles of associate director at Trilogie CRE and associate at Workman. Prior to this, he worked for Commercial Estates Group, NB Real Estate, and TGA Building Consultancy. At Rapleys, Holdstock will be responsible for growing building consultancy in the region and heading up the Cambridge office. Holdstock said: “The move allows me to plug into one of the bigger SME businesses that provides multi-disciplinary services and to work with other teams in order to add real value to clients.” Justin Tuckwell, managing partner at Rapleys, said: “We continue to grow building consultancy both in terms of the range of services and skills we offer clients, and in our national coverage. “Adding a team in Cambridge, led by Darren, will complement our strong national network of building specialists in London, Manchester and Bristol and the growing team in Birmingham.” Image from Rapleys
