Celtic Springs Business Park in Newport, Wales, has been bought by a Middle Eastern investor for £30m.
London-listed investment management group Rasmala has bought the 153,323 sq ft campus, which is let entirely to Airbus Group, in partnership with UAE-based Gulf Islamic Investments and other investors.
Part of the acquisition price is expected be financed through a sharia-compliant facility.
Rasmala is planning to invest $750m in UK real estate and $1.5bn in real estate globally.
