Ravenscourt Park Hospital boiler house up for sale for resi conversion

The boiler house of the former Ravenscourt Park Hospital, W6, is being marketed for sale with the potential for residential conversion.

BrayFoxSmith has been appointed by a private seller to market the 0.57-acre site for offers over £11m.

32 Ravenscourt Square comprises a disused boiler house of 35,000 sq ft, which could be converted into a 60,000 sq ft, 60-home residential scheme rising to six storeys, with further scope to increase.

The site is next to the former Ravenscourt Park Hospital, which is set to be redeveloped as an eight-storey residential scheme by Telereal Trillium.

The site is within the Ravenscourt & Starch Green Conservation Area on Hammersmith and Fulham’s policies map.

Marketing documents seen by EG said: “The site is suitable for ‘living’ uses (market residential use, BTR, senior living). The setting of Grade II* listed former Royal Masonic Hospital will be a key planning consideration.”
