Birmingham-based MCD Developments is pressing ahead with the next phase of its £110m mixed-use development at Earlsdon Park in Coventry, after signing a funding agreement with Royal Bank of Scotland and a construction contract with JB Leadbitter. The £15m phase includes 30,000 sq ft of offices, 15,000 sq ft of restaurants, a 100-bedroom Premier Inn and a 650-seat community theatre. Completion is expected in late 2011.
