Plymouth-based developer Sutton Harbour Holdings has clinched a £22.5m loan from Royal Bank of Scotland Corporate and Institutional Banking.
The AIM-listed developer will use the funds to continue to develop the 460-berth Sutton Harbour Marina site as well as complete the 171-berth King Point Marina, slated for completion in September this year.
The developments include office space, a yacht club, restaurants and residential properties.
