F&C REIT is to rebrand as BMO Real Estate Partners.
The rebrand will be effective from 6 July.
The announcement follows BMO Financial Group’s acquisition of F&C Asset Management last year, which will form the centrepiece of the newly branded business.
F&C’s institutional, intermediated retail and wholesale business will be re-branded BMO Global Asset Management. No fund names are changing.
Leo Noé, executive chairman of BMO Real Estate Partners, said: “Our new name marks an exciting time for the business, with greater scope for developing and distributing our capabilities across BMO’s North American and global teams, while maintaining our real estate boutique qualities.”
