RDI has bought Southwood Business Park in Farnborough, Hampshire, for £26.3m, a net yield of 6.2%.
The nine-acre industrial park comprises 18 warehouse units totalling 154,849 sq ft.
It is 91.9% occupied on a weighted average lease length of more than five years to expiry and has a net income of £1.8m.
RDI says it will support long-term income growth through asset management initiatives.
