Real Estate Investors NAV up 4%

line-graph-up-THUMB.jpegMidlands property specialist Real Estate Investors increased its net asset value by 4% to 61.3p per share in 2014 as it increased portfolio value and took on new assets.

The property portfolio increased to £104m in 2014 from £76.2m, an increase of 37% on the year before.

Acquisitions totalled £29.5m, with more than six new properties added to the portfolio.

The loan-to-value ratio decreased from 47.3% to 35.2% as debt was marginally cut by £1.6m to £43m alongside the rising asset values.

Profit at the group rose to £6m from £5m as rental income grew by 33%.
