The 2012 Estates Gazette Awards are open for entries with no fewer than three new categories up for contention.
This year we are introducing two new residential categories – for property advisers and for property companies – as well as an award for Investment Manager of the Year.
Contenders will include Savills, which took top honours in six regions for this year’s EG Regional Awards, and currently holds the title National Property Adviser of the Year.
Other regional winners such as Stoford and Wrenbridge, which each picked up a pair of Regional Property Company of the Year titles, will also fancy their chances on the national stage.
Meanwhile, the likes of Westfield and Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants, which both won two trophies last year, and Land Securities, named National Property Company of the Year, will be looking to retain their titles.
“I’m delighted to invite entries for the 2012 Estates Gazette Awards,” said editor Damian Wild. “It’s undoubtedly going to be another tough awards year but that only makes recognising outstanding achievement even more important.”
]We will be revealing more about this year’s categories – and what the judges will be looking for – in Estates Gazette over the coming weeks.
