Recording studio transformed into luxury homes

Perpetuum Development is transforming Townhouse Studios, a recording studio in London’s Shepherd’s Bush used by Elton John and Queen among others, into luxury homes.

Perpetuum reportedly paid £7.5m to buy the property in June 2014, and has invested around £8m in developing it into 12 mews houses.

Prices for the homes start at £2.15m.
