Red Bull’s London HQ on offer for £105m

Seven Dials Warehouse, Red Bull’s London headquarters, has been put up for sale for £104.7m.

CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of its Pan European Core Fund, has appointed Colliers International to sell the mixed-use building for a net initial yield of 4%, reflecting a capital value of £1,635 per sq ft.

Previous tenants at the Covent Garden building include Expedia, Facebook, and King.com,

CBRE GI first bought the historic warehouse-style building in 2014.

The 64,031 sq ft asset includes 37,565 sq ft of grade A offices and 21,559 sq ft of retail and restaurant space, anchored by fashion brand Urban Outfitters.
