Redefine adds Peace to its board

Redefine International has appointed former British Property Federation boss Liz Peace as an independent non-executive director.

Peace was also recently appointed to the board of environmental consultant RPS Group, and has previously been a director of Redrow and Morgan Sindall.

She also currently acts as chairman of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation and chair of the shadow Government Property Agency.

Greg Clarke, chairman of Redefine International, said: “We expect her [Peace’s] insight to be of considerable benefit to the company as it enters an exciting period of growth and transition.”

Redefine is to change its name to Real Estate Diversified Income (RDI) REIT from the start of next month. The company, which has a circa £1.3bn portfolio, is looking to focus on the UK, and last month it sold its €250m (£222m) German retail portfolio to Patrizia.
