Redevco has appointed Deborah Green as UK portfolio director.
Green, who joins from Oxford Properties where she was a director in charge of asset management of its UK office and retail portfolio, will report to Chris Fleetwood, deputy chief operating officer, real estate.
She will be tasked with running the London-based UK portfolio team, which manages around £800m of real estate.
Fleetwood said: “Deborah is a highly regarded property professional with deep experience across multiple asset classes and I am delighted that she has joined us at such an exciting time for Redevco and our UK business. She has a strong track record in value creation and is skilled at building resilient portfolios for investor clients.”
Green has more than 20 years’ experience, including stints at British Land and Hammerson.
